Studen and Aegerten are well-connected, attractive communities between Biel and Lyss. In addition to the pupils from the two communities of Studen and Aegerten, pupils from the neighbouring community of Schwadernau also attend the upper school (Cycle 3) in Studen. The Studen Aegerten school comprises school buildings at three locations.
At the Studen location, a day school is run. School social work supports the school operations.

Tasks
You work as an IF teacher in 4 kindergarten classes and one 1st/2nd grade class.
Tasks:
You support and promote pupils with individual support needs.
You design your lessons flexibly according to needs. Together with the teachers, you decide whether you work integratively in the regular classes or conduct group lessons.
Additionally, you advise and support the teachers teaching the classes on questions regarding support, assessment, and further school measures.
You work closely with the team of special education teachers, specialist agencies, and guardians.
Participation in meetings and further training is also part of your professional routine.
The positions advertised by our school can be combined. The division of the workload can be discussed.
Requirements
You have a teaching qualification as a school special education teacher or are in training for this, or you are a trained teacher with experience as an IF teacher in Cycle 1.
We expect a personality accustomed to working independently, who supports pupils individually, involves parents, and wishes to bring inspiring input to the team.
With humour and a clear awareness of maintaining your own health, you achieve a good balance between work and relaxation.
