Your mission in field sales – civil engineering

• You take responsibility from the project inquiry to successful order processing.
• You conduct annual meetings confidently and negotiate on equal terms.

• You represent our company at trade fairs and customer events with passion and expertise.

Your mission as product manager – civil engineering

• You develop strategic decision templates based on market analyses, competitor and target group data and present them convincingly to management.
• You actively contribute your expertise in technical and standards committees and thus help shape the standards of tomorrow.
• You observe market trends, recognise opportunities early and derive concrete measures from them.
• You support the technical development team with well-founded status analyses and practical inputs.
• Together with marketing, you ensure strong product positioning, clear market messages and convincing sales arguments.
• You review potential partnerships and traded goods, assess their market potential and present your recommendations.
• You create technical documents such as data sheets and processing instructions with high precision.

What you bring with you

• A higher construction-related education, e.g. as a construction manager, civil engineer or building technician.
• Native German speaker as well as good English and French skills; you move confidently in a multilingual environment.
• Experience in sales or technical consulting; you understand what customers really need.
• A proactive, convincing personality with entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality.
• Enjoyment in exchanging with customers throughout Switzerland and willingness to travel regularly.
