Introduction

We are a successful medium-sized, dynamic manufacturing company in the field of sheet metal processing and assembly production.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a proactive

Welding Team Leader approx. 40%

(Deputy Production Manager)

(approx. 60% welding and locksmith work)

We expect from you:

• Leadership and support of a small welding team
• Organisation, coordination and supervision of daily workflows
• Planning and distribution of the tasks arising as well as ensuring efficient use of resources
• Monitoring of quality requirements and adherence to agreed deadlines
• Assuming technical responsibility for welding processes in consultation with the welding supervision
• Participation in demanding manufacturing and assembly work
• Collaboration with assembly and pre-production
• Deputising for the superior manager of production
• Support of the trainer in apprentice co-supervision

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a plant and apparatus builder or metalworker
• Further training in workshop management or experience in a similar position is an advantage
• You work in a team-oriented manner and are a coach
• Experience in TIG / MIG / MAG welding
• Valid welder certification
• Experience in processing steel, stainless steel and aluminium
• Dynamic and entrepreneurial thinking
• Ideal age: 35 – 45 years
