Operations Technician Skymetro 80 - 100%

Do you want to be part of a specialist team in our Skymetro, passenger boarding bridges and park railway section? We are responsible for the continuous operation and maintenance of the Skymetro as well as the funicular railway in the Circle Park. The Skymetro is a fully automatic, state-of-the-art air-cushion cable railway that transports up to 25,000 passengers daily underground between two terminals.

Your job destination

• You take over the operational monitoring of the system using a supervision system, keep the logbook and carry out daily inspection rounds through the system
• You monitor and maintain the funicular railway SSB Park at the Circle
• You maintain and repair defective system components
• You support or supervise external specialist companies in repair work
• You are prepared to work in a 3-shift system (06:00 - 14:45 / 14:00 - 22:45 / 22:00 - 06:45)
• You independently locate and resolve faults

Your skills in your luggage

• You have completed a technical basic training such as cable car mechatronics technician, automation technician, electrical installer, mechatronics technician or polymechanic EFZ or a similar apprenticeship
• You can demonstrate experience in the technical maintenance of systems
• You have good IT skills
• Ideally, you bring experience in 3-shift operation and have cable car knowledge
