Salary - CHF80,000 - 90,000Our client is an established Swiss company in the transport and logistics sector with a national and international focus. Responsibilities:
You process export orders from entry to invoicing.
You respond to customer enquiries by phone and in writing.
The organisation of worldwide sea freight shipments is part of your daily business.
You independently calculate quotations and transport costs.
You monitor ongoing shipment costs and clarify discrepancies.
You prepare invoices and billing-relevant documents correctly.
You independently carry out administrative tasks in the forwarding environment.
You coordinate internal departments and external partners on operational matters.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally related to forwarding.
Professional experience in sea freight, preferably in export, is required.
You use MS Office confidently in your daily work.
A structured and independent working style is natural for you.
You work reliably and keep an overview even with a higher workload.
Customer-oriented behaviour and a professional appearance characterise you.
Additional language skills and teamwork are advantageous.
You have very good German skills and good English skills.
