- Implementing and operating IT infrastructures for our customers
- Carrying out Move, Add & Change services
- Supporting Managed Services solutions
- Taking over IT projects
- Supporting the Sales & Presales team in technical matters
- Taking over 2nd and 3rd level support
- Creating and updating documentation
- Developing solution concepts and system architectures
What defines you.
- A technical basic education as well as further training in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or similar (technical school, HF, FH) with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Solid experience in the areas of Microsoft 365 and Workplace
- Manufacturer certifications at the level of Microsoft Certified Expert
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- High motivation as well as customer and service orientation
- Willingness for on-call duty
- Good German and English skills
- Driving licence category B
