About the job
For our client, a successful, internationally active industrial company with a holding and management company in Baar, we are looking for a Group Project Controller with entrepreneurial thinking and a desire to shape.
In this newly created position, you will support the Chief Growth Officer in close collaboration with various stakeholders and in coordination with the CFO in the financial management of strategic growth initiatives and internal projects – from the creation of sound business cases to the success control of implementation. As a sparring partner for management, you create transparency, question existing processes, and provide well-founded, data-based decision-making foundations.
We are looking for a committed individual with at least three years of experience in controlling or analysis who wants to take responsibility and actively help shape the company’s next growth phase.

Your Tasks
- Creation and evaluation of business cases for strategic initiatives and growth projects including financial scenarios, CAPEX, OPEX, and expected returns
- Consolidation and analysis of financial, operational, and market-related data as well as preparation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Comprehensive controlling of strategic projects and investments regarding costs, resources, commitments, milestones, and target achievement
- Early identification of deviations, risks, and opportunities as well as development and monitoring of appropriate corrective measures
- Monitoring the implementation of approved investments and ensuring the realisation of planned financial and operational added value
- Preparation of meaningful reports, KPI analyses, and management presentations as well as development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards
Your Profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, controlling, business analysis, or projects
- Sound knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial evaluation as well as the ability to link financial data, operational developments, and strategic goals
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with high independence and convincing stakeholder management
- Very good ERP and Excel skills, ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI
- Very good German and English skills
