Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF125,000 - 130,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager HVAC for the planning and realisation of complex, energy-efficient building technology projects. You will be responsible for demanding heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary projects for example for hospitals, laboratories, data centres, industrial plants and energy centres. In addition to technical project management, you will take on specialist coordination, cost and schedule control and lead interdisciplinary project teams. A special focus is on sustainable energy concepts, digitalisation and energy-efficient building technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the planning and realisation of complex large-scale HVAC projects across several SIA phases
Development and evaluation of innovative energy and building technology concepts for demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects
Technical planning and coordination of the trades heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary
Leadership and professional coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and specialist planners
Responsibility for project controlling, costs, schedules, quality and resource planning
Preparation and review of offers, tenders, specifications and award documents
Execution of HVAC specialist coordination and coordination with architecture, electrical planning, structural engineering and other disciplines
Consulting clients and principals on energy efficiency, decarbonisation and sustainable building technologies
Use of BIM and digital planning methods to coordinate and optimise planning and realisation processes
Support during execution, commissioning, acceptance and quality assurance of technically complex systems
Support in acquisition, offer preparation and customer consulting as well as development of new project opportunities
Assumption of technical leadership and knowledge transfer within the building technology team
Qualifications:
Completed training as a building services engineer FH, technician HF building services or comparable higher professional education
Several years of professional experience in planning and project management of HVAC systems, ideally in complex large-scale projects
Sound expertise in at least one of the areas heating, ventilation, air conditioning or sanitary as well as experience in HVAC specialist coordination
Experience in cost management, tendering, awarding and project controlling according to Swiss planning and construction practice
Knowledge of SIA standards, energy efficiency, sustainable building technology and energy concepts
Experience with BIM and digital planning and coordination methods is an advantage
For a senior role, several years of experience in project and technical leadership as well as acquisition
