Introduction

You think in floor plans, calculate investments, and see the finished project before the first wall is built. Our client, a renowned and reputable Swiss company, is looking for a personality from architecture or structural engineering to lead retail locations from the preliminary project to the opening.

Type of Work

• You manage the entire construction management of existing and new locations in your region
• You lead planning teams from the preliminary project phase to realisation
• Your rough cost calculation creates the basis for investment orders
• You always have construction costs under control
• You plan and control the maintenance work of the locations
• You confidently coordinate structural interfaces with landlords
• You precisely coordinate appointments with external planners, landlords, and sales
• For every project, you ensure that CI/CD is implemented according to the concept
• At acceptance, you take the lead, organise defect rectification, and hand over the finished location to sales
• Situationally, you also take on smaller construction management tasks

Requirements Profile

• Your professional basis: training as a structural draughtsperson with further education as a construction manager HF or a degree as an architect FH
• You bring several years of experience in construction management in a similar position as well as in the construction management of conversions and new buildings
• You have already realised small-scale retail spaces, ideally in retail? Then you start here with a clear advantage
• As a responsible and winning personality, you assert your concerns convincingly
• You speak German fluently for negotiations; French is an advantage
• Travel within Switzerland is a matter of course for you
