We are looking for a committed assistant educator for the baby group at our STADELHOFEN location.
What are your tasks?
- Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
- Design of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for the children
- Observation and developmental documentation based on portfolios
- Establishing a partnership in education with the families
- Organisation and implementation of excursions and parent activities
- Active participation in team meetings
- Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere
What should you bring?
- A completed qualification as FABE, educator or comparable social pedagogical qualifications
- Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
- Team player
- Initiative, creativity and flexibility
