Your mission
Within the authorisation, supervision and legal affairs unit, you will join a dynamic team and participate in the management and monitoring of authorisation files for health professionals and health institutions.
In this context, you will notably contribute to:
- Processing authorisation requests to practise for health professionals, to operate health institutions, as well as admission to practise under compulsory health insurance
- Independently ensuring the follow-up of files, respecting the legal bases and procedures in force
- Ensuring the smooth progress of the various stages of files and identifying any problems or inconsistencies
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to the sector’s activities
- Providing information to residents and health professionals in the field of public health
Desired profile
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, notably in administrative processing and file follow-up
- Rigour, organisational skills and accuracy in handling files and data
- Ability to reliably apply procedures and ensure quality administrative follow-up
- Capacity to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Comfort with IT tools and interest in new digital tools and processes
- Fluent in French, with good knowledge of German (level B1-B2)
