As an HR Generalist, you take on a central role in a dynamic environment and support the HR manager in handling the entire HR lifecycle. With your experience and expertise in the personnel field, you contribute significantly to the company's success.
What you do:
- Ensuring efficient personnel administration (e.g., employment contracts, certificates, personnel files, time tracking, etc.)
- Assisting in recruitment, including creating job postings, coordinating interviews, and contract management
- Handling payroll processing, clarifications with authorities and social insurances
- Managing absence management
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on all personnel-related topics
- Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations as well as company and data protection policies
- Supporting HR projects (e.g., digitization, personnel development, ...)
- Creating HR reports and statistics
What you bring:
- Completed training in personnel (personnel assistant or HR specialist with a federal certificate)
- Several years of experience in the personnel field, preferably including payroll processing
- Sound knowledge of labor law as well as HR processes and systems (Abacus knowledge is an advantage and SIVAS)
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and a precise way of working
- Reliability, team spirit, and an independent working style
- Openness to new tasks and challenges
