Health Specialist 80 – 100 %

We offer caring and professional care and support around the clock in our three nursing homes Oranienburg, Belvoir and Altenberg as well as the senior residence Villa Sarepta (living with services). Your tasks with us

• You lovingly care for and support our residents
• You are a trusted contact person and apply your expertise, such as kinaesthetics, basal stimulation, validation and palliative care
• You manage and monitor medication administration according to applicable regulations and protocols
• You conduct medical visits with the family doctors for the residents
• You share responsibility for the documentation and evaluation of the care process
• You take on daily and house responsibility

You bring the following with you

• Completed nursing training (Health Specialist EFZ)
• Enjoyment in actively shaping needs-oriented care and support
• Good IT skills and openness in dealing with technical aids
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least B2)
• Further training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
