Currently, a 100% Accounting Specialist is sought who manages three accounting departments, supports financial statements and standardises financial processes. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take on versatile tasks in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting for three companies, gaining exciting insights into different industries and business models
• With your flair for numbers, you are responsible for ongoing bank bookings, account reconciliations and payment transactions, ensuring reliable financial accounting through your careful working style
• You actively participate in monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), prepare relevant financial data and maintain regular communication with various contacts
• You actively contribute to the standardisation of the three accounting departments, identify optimisation potential and bring your ideas to the further development of ERP systems and efficient financial processes

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting, or bring solid practical accounting experience from a comparable professional environment
• Further training as an accounting clerk or a professional certificate in finance and accounting is an advantage, with your willingness to learn and desire for professional development being particularly important
• You have experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting as well as ideally in financial statements according to OR and are familiar with ERP systems such as Abacus or comparable solutions like SAP, Sage or Microsoft Dynamics
• With your dynamic, flexible and straightforward personality, you like to work independently and bring the necessary willingness to travel for regular assignments at three different locations
