Technical Clerk

About the job

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Clerk for internal sales. In this role, you will be the central contact person for our customers regarding spare parts and lifecycle topics. You coordinate spare parts enquiries and orders, develop solutions for discontinued components and assemblies with the relevant specialist departments.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Processing and coordinating customer enquiries, orders and complaints via Salesforce
• Creating and tracking spare parts, components and service quotations
• Technical review of enquiries and orders based on drawings, P&IDs and internal documentation
• Creating and updating spare parts lists for new and existing systems Coordination of workshop, planning and assembly orders
• Monitoring deadlines, orders, material availability and delivery times
• Ensuring smooth information flow between customers and internal departments
• Maintaining master data, part data, prices
• Creating and checking quality-relevant documentation and dossiers
• Contributing to process optimisation and compliance with quality standards according to ISO 9001

Your profile:

• Technical basic training as an automation technician or plant and apparatus builder EFZ, preferably with industry knowledge from the chemical and pharmaceutical industry
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Communicative and customer-oriented personality
• Good ERP knowledge and confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Experience in an international customer environment
• Independent, focused, structured and solution-oriented working style
