About the job
About the Position
As a foreman at the GI Valves factory in Turgi or Seon, you take on a central role in daily production control. You coordinate operational activities within the team and ensure that assembly, testing, and logistics processes run efficiently, safely, and with quality. You are the direct contact person for the employees and work closely with production management and other interfaces. Your commitment significantly contributes to achieving our production goals and continuously improving. In addition to coordinating tasks, you actively participate in the assembly process.
What You Can Achieve
Organization and monitoring of production processes (assembly, testing, logistics)
Support of the team both technically and operationally
Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements
Support in onboarding new employees and conducting safety instructions
Collaboration with interfaces such as planning, quality, and logistics as well as documentation of production performance
What You Bring
Technical vocational training (e.g., electrical engineering, electrical installation, mechatronics)
Several years of experience in the assembly of electrotechnical components
Experience as a foreman and good communication skills
German spoken and written, English skills are an advantage
SAP knowledge and experience with digital production systems are a plus
