Polymechanic - CNC Production with Team Leadership and Process Optimisation

• Creating CNC programmes with CAM systems such as Mastercam and WinFlex for various turning and milling centres
• Setting up and monitoring machines during production
• Conducting quality controls and optimising manufacturing processes
• Leading a small team and planning production orders
• Participating in projects and supporting compliance with guidelines

• Completed technical basic training as a Polymechanic EFZ
• Experience in turning with systems such as WinFlex, Fanuc or Mazatrol as well as basic CAM knowledge
• High quality awareness combined with respectful and cooperative working style
• Initial knowledge in resource planning of employees and machines
