Your tasks
You look after and develop an existing customer base in timber construction.
- You acquire new customers and build long-term partnerships.
- You identify potential and develop individual solutions with real added value.
- You accompany customer projects from the initial idea to successful implementation.
- Together with our timber construction expert team, you support customers with technical and application-specific questions.
- You optimise inventory management and procurement processes together with your customers.
- You conduct professional sales and annual discussions.
- You work goal-oriented and are responsible for turnover, contribution margin and the sustainable development of your sales area.
Your profile
- Training as a carpenter EFZ or a comparable qualification in timber construction
- Ideally further training as a timber construction foreman, technician HF or project manager
- Sales experience or the motivation to develop further in consultative sales
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Enthusiasm for modern technologies and digital working tools
- Driving licence category B
