Our clinic is a musculoskeletal centre consisting of the specialties of orthopaedics, traumatology and hand surgery. Hand surgery covers the entire spectrum of extended basic hand surgical care and offers a versatile operative and conservative treatment spectrum. Patients with degenerative, traumatic and functional diseases and injuries of the hand, wrist and peripheral nerves are treated.Through close cooperation with the departments of orthopaedics and traumatology, our patients benefit from comprehensive interdisciplinary care.

This is where you get involved
- as team leader of the secretariat including conducting employee interviews with two employees
- in agenda management and appointment coordination including duty planning for the senior physician of hand surgery and the senior and assistant physicians
- in organising and supervising the consultation hours
- in surgery planning
- in writing consultation and surgery reports including electronic dispatch
- in handling all administration
- in processing and triaging the KISIM mailboxes
- as telephone operator and contact person for internal and external parties
You
- have completed vocational training in the commercial field with further training as a medical and hospital secretary or medical practice assistant EFZ
- have initial leadership experience
- bring several years of professional experience in a similar position
- have good PC skills, KISIM experience is an advantage
- write with confident German language skills and master medical terminology
- promote good interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and the entire team
- enjoy working independently
- like variety and gladly take on new challenges
- are a warm and motivated personality who actively supports the team.
