• Management and further development of the internal medicine-oncology rehabilitation department at aarReha
• Leadership of one of two internal medicine-oncology rehabilitation departments at the Schinznach site
• Medical care of patients with supplementary insurance and running your own outpatient clinic
• Management of assigned senior physicians and training/supervision of assistant physicians
• Contact person for other disciplines, conducting internal medicine consultations in-house
• On-call duty in rotation with 8 senior physicians
• Participation in projects
• Active participation in management meetings and events

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine (federal or MEBEKO recognition)
• Doctorate degree
• Experience as an internist in acute care
• Ultrasound abdomen certificate desired
• German language skills spoken and written at C2 level
• Recognised leadership training
• Several years of experience in a leadership role
• High social competence and ability to work in a team
• Interest in exchange with other specialist areas and innovative thinking
• Residence in the region is an advantage

• Trust-based working hours / core working hours Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm, no night or weekend duties
