Technical, administrative, and financial management of complex projects in the field of watercourse developments: flood protection, revitalizations, hydraulic structures
Management of large-scale projects: design, sizing, planning, site supervision
Supervision of multidisciplinary teams
Key contact for clients, in connection with authorities and technical partners
Active contribution to the acquisition strategy and development of new mandates

Your skills are

Civil engineering degree EPF, HES or equivalent (specialization in hydraulics or river engineering)
Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with responsibilities in managing complex projects
Strong mastery of hydraulic sizing and Swiss planning processes
Good interpersonal skills, leadership, and ability to unite project teams
Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and initiative
Fluency in French and German (spoken and written)
