Process Engineer Paper Processing 100% (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Process manager with strong communication skills: You ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the processes in your area of responsibility. You guarantee smooth communication with all internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you develop and implement sustainable improvements for occupational safety and process optimization.
- Analyst with a focus on feasibility: You conduct thorough feasibility analyses and actively contribute to decision-making by preparing complex contexts precisely and understandably.
- Innovator with a passion for product development: You lead product trials and support the development of new products. With your expertise, you bring fresh ideas and implement them in a goal-oriented manner.
- Complaint manager with foresight: You actively support solving process problems, equipment malfunctions, and quality deviations – quickly, precisely, and solution-oriented. You also efficiently handle customer and supplier complaints and develop sustainable solutions for long-term improvements.
- Documentation expert with overview: You create daily reports and monthly summaries of the department and maintain all production-relevant documents, such as article master data and setup lists, with the highest accuracy.
Profile
- Education & Experience: You have a technical basic education in paper technology or process engineering and have completed further training at HF or FH level. Ideally, you have several years of experience in a comparable role in an industrial environment, preferably in paper technology.
- Personality & Working Style: You are a communicative team player with a convincing presence. Even in hectic situations, you keep an overview and work purposefully. Your working style is characterized by independence, precision, and a solution-oriented, analytical approach.
- Language Skills: You have a good command of German, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
