About the job
- Support for the two co-leaders in administrative tasks and operational project management in the area of Employer Branding & Employee Experience
- Close collaboration with HR, corporate communications, and external partners to strengthen the fenaco employer brand internally and externally
- Independent management of our ticketing tool around the multi-posting system for job advertisements
- Organization and implementation of university marketing activities independently as well as participation in events and other personnel marketing measures
- Creation of meaningful reports and presentations
- Commercial training, ideally with experience in Human Resources; important to us are your quick comprehension and high willingness to learn
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks as well as a structured, independent, and reliable working style with strong organizational talent
- Strong communication skills and pronounced service orientation
- High IT affinity and enjoyment of the role as first-level supporter for our multi-posting system
- You master French even without a translator – ideally fluent in spoken and written language
- Virtual, digital, and hybrid work are natural to you, as is the routine use of the MS Office suite – a lived everyday work environment with us
