Property Assistant / Caretaker
For the fully renovated properties with a new and modern workplace concept at Zoll- and Zeughaustrasse in Zurich, we are looking for a team-oriented personality who, together with the property manager and his team, ensures smooth commissioning and maintenance as well as additional services.
Your tasks
- Coordinate, monitor, plan and carry out caretaking work as well as supervise external service and cleaning companies
- Maintenance and repair of buildings and technical systems
- Contact person for administrative staff, suppliers and craftsmen
- Monitoring of safety equipment in the building and the associated legal requirements and guidelines
- Services in the area of hospitality
- First interventions in ICT problems
- Performing the necessary administrative tasks
- On-call duty across teams in the Zurich area
- Support as a practical trainer for apprentices FBU in the caretaking service
Your profile
- A technical basic education with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) as well as the federal specialist certificate for caretaker BP or maintenance specialist BP or the intention to obtain this as soon as possible
- Willingness to act in technical interventions
- Basic knowledge of building and occupational safety
- Networked thinking as well as independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Initiative, service-oriented and very good manners
- Proficiency in German language, spoken and written
- Good PC user skills (Office 365)
- Driving licence category B and residence in the Zurich area (relevant for on-call duty)
