What you can achieve
- Management of sales for the Physicians Region East including strategy development and implementation
- Definition and control of goals, budgets and forecasts (Sales Performance Management)
- Leadership, coaching and further development of the field sales team
- Building and maintaining key accounts (physicians, networks, opinion leaders)
- Ensuring sustainable customer loyalty and market development
- Representation of Galexis with important stakeholders and industry partners
What you bring with you
- Several years of experience in sales leadership / sales management in the healthcare market
- Commercial training with business management further education (HF/FH, e.g. Bachelor level)
- Sound knowledge of sales processes, CRM, SAP, BI tools and MS Office
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder skills
- Strong sales orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Network in the Swiss healthcare market (physicians, pharma, wholesale)
- Fluent German language skills
