Front Office Manager

About the job

We are looking for a Front Office Manager for our locations in Spiez and Steffisburg from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

How you make an impact

• You are the central point of contact for residents and employees for information and support
• You lead and plan the Front Office team staff across all Solina locations
• You welcome visitors, suppliers and guests with a friendly and helpful manner
• You actively participate in projects and working groups
• You manage the petty cash including accounting
• You and your team support all areas in the operational daily business with administrative and organisational tasks
• You are willing to work at the reception of all Solina locations
• Continuous optimisation, harmonisation and digitalisation of administrative processes are important pillars of your responsibilities
• You are willing to take shifts on weekends as well

What makes you stand out

• You are a trained receptionist or have a commercial basic education
• You bring professional and leadership experience in a similar role
• You have proficient skills with ICT applications, especially Microsoft 365, and are very digitally savvy. Experience with Nexus HeimNet is an advantage.
• You impress with your customer- and service-oriented manner
• You convince through a solution-oriented and appreciative approach to people and enjoy motivating and developing your team
• You have experience as a vocational trainer or are willing to attend the course
• You are a welcoming and hospitable personality
• Decisiveness, innovation, and enthusiasm for applying and sharing your skills come naturally to you
• High assertiveness and resilience as well as leadership experience characterise you, as does your communicative, loyal and discreet nature
