What you will achieve

• Active participation in sales as well as serving and advising customers are part of your duties
• You are responsible for presenting the goods attractively and ensuring their constant availability
• You share responsibility for operational management and the implementation of annual goals
• It is your task to lead and develop the employees
• You actively work as part of the team
• You are responsible for quality and process assurance
• Compliance with and enforcement of the HACCP concept falls within your area of responsibility

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Qualified cook EFZ / higher professional or specialist examination
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in the field of system gastronomy
• Sales and advising are your passions and customer satisfaction is your motivation
• You demonstrate a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
• You convince through your resilience, flexibility, and high willingness to perform
• PC skills and a high level of digital fitness characterise you
• You have leadership experience
• German (C1)
