What to expect
- You coordinate and schedule around 40 employees in the Picking & Storage area in close collaboration with the team lead and other deputies
- You plan the deployments of your team in the short and medium term and shift employees within the department according to order situation
- You ensure replenishment processes, coordinate upstream storage areas (middle parts warehouse, pallet warehouse, cassette warehouse) and ensure timely supply of day deals
- You pitch in yourself, are operationally active and support your team in daily work
- You empower employees, promote their development and build a motivated team
- You act proactively, think beyond departmental boundaries and contribute to continuous process improvements
- You work independently, proactively and flexibly – from picking to personnel deployment planning
What you bring
- You have completed vocational training (EFZ), ideally in logistics or a comparable field
- You bring experience in production or logistics environments
- You are conscientious, consistent and assertive and handle people confidently
- You like to pitch in, take responsibility and think entrepreneurially
- You are organised, flexible and enjoy coordinating and optimising processes
- You are willing to work shifts between 05:00 and 23:00 and are mobile to reliably reach your place of deployment
- You can provide a clean criminal record
