Avalon Swiss Properties AG is an independent Swiss real estate company focusing on high-quality residential and multi-family properties. We concentrate on the acquisition, development, and long-term management of premium multi-family houses and residential properties in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced professional in real estate marketing with a focus on rentals. You already have solid professional experience and want to specifically contribute and further develop your expertise? In our dynamic environment with short decision-making paths, you have the opportunity to actively shape and take on responsibility.

Tasks

• Comprehensive support of prospective tenants, from initial contact to contract conclusion
• Responsibility for managing and coordinating re-lettings including quality assurance of external property management partners
• Conceptualisation, planning, and execution of viewings as well as targeted rental activities
• Creation of high-quality marketing materials (including digital formats) and development of marketing concepts
• Selection of suitable tenants and independent preparation of rental contracts in close coordination with property management
• Independent implementation of initial rental projects as well as professional support of tenants during renovations and strategic measures

Profile

• Completed commercial training supplemented by further education in the real estate sector
• Several years of professional experience in real estate marketing
• Affinity for digital tools
• Willingness to travel frequently within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• Communicative, service-oriented, and independent personality with a professional appearance
• Very good German skills and good English skills
