SUISA is the cooperative of music authors and publishers. More than 44,000 composers, lyricists and music publishers have organised themselves in this company founded in 1923. SUISA ensures that music can be used in public and that the rights holders are properly remunerated for these uses. With sister companies worldwide, it collects royalties for more than two million authors and publishers. About 200 employees work at SUISA between Zurich, Lausanne and Lugano.

The Film division is located in Lausanne and handles the entire Swiss market in the audiovisual field, such as films in cinemas and on television, series, advertisements, etc.
For our team we are looking for a person oriented towards teamwork for a date to be agreed.

Your main tasks

Handle requests from a professional clientele for the use of music in the audiovisual field
Follow up and control client files
Respond to requests (phone, email) from clients in the film production sector from Switzerland
Ensure telephone duty with other team members

Your profile

Commercial apprenticeship certificate or equivalent training (business school, etc.)
Bilingual French-German (Swiss German) spoken and written
Good knowledge of English and/or Italian would be an asset
Comfortable with numbers, correspondence and customer service
Good command of IT tools
You enjoy working in a team while being autonomous and have a taste for precise and varied work
You are organised, committed and reliable with good stress resistance
Strong affinity with music
