Your Tasks and Prospects

• Preparing various cold and hot menus in accordance with the nutritional guidelines of HOCH Health Eastern Switzerland
• Providing daily meals of impeccable quality and quantity for patients, staff, and guests
• Rotating duties in production, preparation, meal distribution, and cleaning
• Assisting in all processes of kitchen operations

What You Bring to This Position

• Qualification as kitchen assistant EBA or Progresso course in kitchen specialty, plus several years of professional experience in gastronomy
• Experience in a hospital kitchen is desirable
• Ambition and interest in deepening your expertise and contributing new ideas
• Team-oriented, reliable, and resilient personality
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
