What you achieve
- Creating subscription contracts and activation documents for new customers
- Processing various changes, ownership transfers, and cancellations for existing customers and distributing the corresponding documents to the involved parties
- Creating delivery documents and configuration files for the end devices
- Billing subscription and one-time fees
- Providing support and advice for inquiries from customers and sales partners
- Performing general secretarial tasks as well as organizing training sessions and meetings
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic education with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
- Several years of commercial experience in customer service, ideally in a technical environment
- Very good written and oral communication skills in German and Italian (native language)
- Quick comprehension of complex contexts and technical affinity
- Strong customer and service orientation
- High independence and personal responsibility as well as an upbeat and team-oriented personality
