With over 60 solo and articulated buses, we operate two powerful bus companies: Chur Bus and Engadin Bus. Actively participate in

• Conducting professional ticket inspections
• Advising our passengers regarding timetables, current travel situations, etc.
• Supporting events (Engadin Skimarathon)
• Quality assurance in the vehicles
• Handling customer feedback if needed

What you bring

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills as well as the necessary assertiveness
• Completed vocational training or equivalent education and enthusiasm for learning new things
• Highly proficient in using various digital work tools
• German spoken and written; oral Italian/English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work irregular shifts, night and weekend shifts
• Resilient personality
