Your strengths

• You are the first point of contact for all client requests in the customer area
• You provide high-quality, personalised advice to clients on basic products in the areas of payments, savings, investments, and pension provision
• You support clients in using the self-service area and digital tools (digital banking)
• You manage and develop your own client portfolio in the private/retail customer segment

Your profile

• You have a basic commercial training in the banking sector (or extensive professional experience in advisory and portfolio management)
• You enjoy direct contact with clients and have good communication and presentation skills
• You have a strong service orientation as well as a friendly and engaging personality
• You are able to integrate into a small team and demonstrate flexibility
• You have a high degree of autonomy and an entrepreneurial spirit
• You are proficient with common IT tools (Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams)
• You hold the ISO "private client" certification required for managing a client portfolio or are willing to obtain it
• Knowledge of the German language is an asset
