For Senevita Dorfmatt in Münsingen we are looking for a Service Employee 80% starting August 1, 2026.

Your Tasks

You take on all service tasks in our restaurant and café and ensure a smooth operation
You attentively and courteously care for our guests and professionally serve food and drinks
At larger events and banquets, you actively and energetically support our team
You carefully prepare the trays and service for the ordered lunches of our residents
If needed, you also support the nursing departments in the service area

What You Bring

Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ and several years of professional experience in an establishment with refined service, ideally in the hotel industry
Strong service orientation, excellent manners, and a high level of empathy when dealing with elderly and sick people
Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as a good understanding of Swiss German
