Your Tasks
- Independent checking and processing of incoming invoices
- Recording incoming invoices in both paper and electronic form
- Coordination of the invoice process
- Preparation of payment runs taking into account central specifications, execution of payment transactions
- Processing of dunning letters and other inquiries
- Managing, monitoring and reconciling accounts payable and clearing accounts
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Experienced handling of MS Office, ERP knowledge (e.g. SAP-R/3) is an advantage
- Reliability, team spirit and commitment
- Structured and conscientious way of working
