The Etzel Retirement Centre is located in the municipality of Feusisberg with a beautiful view of Lake Zurich. Our centre includes 28 retirement apartments as well as 70 places in the retirement and nursing home.

We are looking for a committed and reliable individual who professionally accompanies our residents during the night and provides them with security and comfort.

Your area of responsibility

You accompany, care for, and look after our residents during the night.

You assist with basic care, toilet visits, positioning, and other individual needs.

You carry out regular checks and ensure safety and well-being during the night.

You recognise changes in the condition of our residents and respond appropriately to the situation.

You work closely with the qualified nursing staff on the night shift.

You carefully document the care and support services provided and ensure a complete handover to the day shift.

You take on organisational and domestic tasks in the department that arise during the night.

What you bring with you

You have successfully completed the SRK nursing assistant course or have a comparable qualification.

You enjoy and consciously work permanent night shifts and are willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

You have a high level of social competence and can act calmly, attentively, and thoughtfully even in demanding situations.

You work responsibly, reliably, and independently.

You enjoy accompanying and caring for elderly and nursing-dependent people.

You enjoy working in a team and appreciate good collaboration with various professional groups.

You have basic PC user skills.

You understand Swiss German and can communicate well in German.
