Your main tasks are
- Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of the night team
- Ensuring high-quality care and support during the night
- Promotion, support and further development of employees
- Responsibility for the care process as well as electronic care documentation (CareCoach, RAI)
- Interprofessional collaboration with internal and external specialists
- Co-design and further development of care quality and processes in the night shift
You have
- Respectful interaction with residents, relatives and employees
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care
- Enjoyment in leading, promoting and supporting employees
- Leadership training or willingness to complete it
- Organisational skills as well as a structured and responsible way of working
- High social competence, resilience and team orientation
