Your tasks
- Comprehensive order processing: Independently managing customer orders from the initial quotation through preparation to final invoicing.
- Process choreography: Actively shaping and taking on administrative tasks related to stock, deadline monitoring, pricing and cost control.
- AVOR backup: Reliable deputy in the work preparation of our locksmith’s workshop to ensure smooth operations.
- Team support: Energetic organisational relief for our field service as well as careful maintenance of customer, article and order data.
- Interface expert: Close coordination with production, purchasing and sales to ensure a smooth process.
Your profile
- Solid foundation: Completed commercial or technical basic training – ideally complemented by targeted further training or relevant professional experience.
- Technical passion: Great understanding of and genuine interest in technical products, components and processes.
- Desire for new things: Practical experience in order processing and ideally CAD knowledge (or the motivation to learn CAD drawing with us).
- Can-do mentality: Strong independence, structured working method and willingness to take responsibility.
- Tools & language: Confident handling of MS Office as well as business fluent German skills in spoken and written form (additional languages are a plus).
- Personality: Strong team spirit, resilience in hectic phases and consistent customer orientation.
