Your challenge:
You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and optimisation of the measurement, control and regulation technology in the wastewater treatment plant. Your daily tasks include monitoring the process control technology, performing functional checks, detecting and rectifying faults, and ensuring high plant availability. You work in a small, dynamic team together with maintenance, project planning, and the technical and operations managers.
The wastewater treatment plant will be significantly expanded and its functionality enhanced in the coming years. Our next team member, which could be you, will play a key role in this expansion, the generational change to the latest process and analysis technology, as well as the holistic optimisation of process management. What you bring:
- You have knowledge in process control and process monitoring in wastewater or process engineering.
- You have experience in fault finding and fault analysis as well as in preventive maintenance of measurement and control systems.
- Sound skills in technical instrumentation and calibration of sensors, measuring devices and actuators.
- You have a completed technical vocational training with EFZ (e.g. automation technician, electronics technician, electrical installer, automation specialist) or equivalent qualification.
- A further education with HF qualification is necessary, e.g. Dipl. Electrical Engineer HF, Dipl. Systems Technician HF or equivalent. Initial experience in industry, energy or environmental technology is an advantage.
- You work independently, are reliable and have a working style.
- You are a team player and show willingness to participate in on-call duty.
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
- Ideally, you have a certified further education as a project manager and concrete experience as a project manager.
