For an institution in long-term care in the Bern region, we are looking for a qualified nurse HF/FH as team leader (80–100 %). An important focus of your role is working with and supporting apprentices. The start date is by arrangement.

Your tasks with the new employer

• Take on the professional and organisational leadership of your team and ensure a structured daily nursing routine 
• Support apprentices in their daily work and help them further develop their nursing skills 
• Ensure, together with your team, professional and needs-oriented care for the residents 
• Promote teamwork and assist employees and apprentices with professional questions 

You offer your new employer

• Qualification as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent SRK recognition
• Interest in a leadership role and enjoyment in working with apprentices 
• Solid nursing expertise and a responsible working style 
• Organisational skills and pleasure in supporting employees and young talent in daily work
