Your main tasks

Contact person for our customers in case of damage to both passenger cars and commercial vehicles
Responsible for smooth handling of the case and seamless communication with all parties involved
Preparation and processing of quotes
Planning of repair appointments in coordination with colleagues in the workshop
Support of the Head of Customer Service with further administrative tasks

Your profile

Basic training in the automotive trade – ideally as a bodywork panel beater
Commercial knowledge, initial experience in a similar role is a great advantage
Very good German skills as well as confident handling of MS Office programs
High service orientation, a winning appearance, and enjoyment of working in a team
Driver's license, category B.
