This is what you can achieve
- Answering user questions; 1st level support (including handling incidents)
- Single point of contact for PLM/PDM and Pronovia and the associated SAP processes
- Support in improving business processes (business innovation)
- Knowledge transfer to users on new or changed functionalities
- Training new employees, refresher training as needed
- Maintenance of specific master data
- Testing systems and functions with new releases or functionalities
- Creating training documentation
- Identifying new business requirements or identified process gaps
- Defining Jira stories as a basis for further roles/boards, for assessment and continuation
This is what you bring
- Technical basic training with business management further education (e.g. process specialist, operations technician, technical salesman)
- Experience as SAP key user, with S4, preferably in an industrial environment
- Very good knowledge in the SAP PLM/PDM environment and Pronovia functionalities
- Very good MS Office skills and high IT affinity
- Communicative personality with a networked and entrepreneurial mindset
- Independent working style, cooperative and responsible
- Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
