The Infrastructure Department (INFRA) ensures the cleanliness of our premises (only outside production) as well as the maintenance of our park-like grounds. It also supplies the production with raw materials using its internal transport means or delivers waste to the waste recovery facilities (SAVA). Around 15 motivated employees work in the department, and this team will grow further due to the upcoming commissioning of additional plants. Due to retirement, we are looking for a
Head of Operations Maintenance/Facility Services (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Operational management of the INFRA department with responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance of non-operational premises, the 60-hectare park-like area including the deer park, as well as internal transport
- Further development and building of the team, cost centre/budget responsibility, deployment planning, and preparation of audits by health authorities or customers
- Participation in the development and maintenance of compensation areas on the site
- Collaboration in investment planning and ensuring the maintenance of the vehicle fleet
- Developing objectives for personnel development and their continuous improvement
Your Profile
- Experience in industrial/public law operations maintenance, agriculture, landscape and spatial maintenance is advantageous
- Leadership experience managing a team of up to 15 employees
- Experience in promoting and developing personnel
- Inspiring, motivating personality, responsible, assertive, solution-oriented, and able to compromise
- A hands-on personality who actively supports the team
- Experience in handling administrative tasks and good knowledge of the MS Office environment
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
