We are looking for an employee in tube manufacturing (m/f/d) to complement our team and contribute significantly to our manufacturing processes with your technical expertise and quality awareness. In this role, you will support the reliable production of high-quality components and help ensure that our products meet the high-quality standards of our customers. The position is based at DRS MR1.

As part of a dedicated production team, you will work in a modern manufacturing environment characterised by collaboration, continuous improvement, and mutual respect.

What tasks will you take on?

You will

• perform mechanical operations such as sawing, bending, and eroding.
• operate and monitor machines within our manufacturing processes.
• work according to the principles of LEAN philosophy and support continuous improvements in the work environment.
• maintain equipment as part of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and contribute to its availability.
• work flexibly in a two-shift system.

What do we expect from you?

You

• have completed mechanical vocational training and have initial experience in CNC tube bending.
• possess very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as knowledge of common MS Office applications.
• work independently and also contribute actively to team tasks.
• act with quality awareness, responsibility, and reliability.
