About the job
SoloSolar – we are a family business with heart and mind. Since 2008, we have been focusing on high-quality solar systems for private and commercial customers. From the initial idea to the finished system, we take care of the entire process as a general contractor. We work with selected suppliers and partners and rely on high-quality products. Quality is always our top priority. What distinguishes us is team spirit, joy in work, and a down-to-earth attitude. We think along, get involved, and personally and committedly support our customers.
Our family business has been managed in the second generation since the successful handover. To continue driving our growth course, we are looking for reinforcement in the role of (Junior) Project Manager 100 % from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.
What we are looking for
As a project manager, you will take responsibility for your own photovoltaic projects with us. After your induction, you will accompany them from consultation through coordination to handover to our customers. You plan, organise, sell, and keep all the threads in your hands. You can expect a broad and varied range of tasks throughout the entire project process. Occasionally, you will also get involved yourself and take on smaller tasks on the construction site.
What you do
- Consultation and sales at customers’ premises
- Planning and project management of photovoltaic projects, from the first consultation to commissioning and beyond
- Cost and quality control throughout the entire project process
- Coordination of installation teams and external partners
- Responsibility for the smooth execution of your projects
- Administrative processing, e.g. assistance with building applications and permits, technical connection requests, subsidy applications, etc.
What you bring
- You already have experience in the solar sector, whether as an electrical or solar project manager, electrical installer, or similar.
- Technical or commercial basic training as well as at least three years of professional experience
- You are not looking for a run-of-the-mill job but a role that fulfils you and in which you want to develop
- Entrepreneurial thinking, motivation, and strong organisational skills
- Friendly, quality-conscious, and dynamic personality with high self-drive and an independent working style
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Driving licence category B mandatory, category BE advantageous
- Good PC and Microsoft Office skills; SolarPro, Elektroform or Pronovo are ideally not foreign terms to you
What we offer you
- A young, motivated team with short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies
- Uniform salary model with profit sharing per project
- Company car, tools & own drone
- Flexible conditions (home office, working hours)
- Training through courses and on-the-job
- The chance to develop further if possible and actively contribute to building SoloSolar
- Varied activities in the office, warehouse, and field service
- A job that makes sense – because we work together for a more sustainable future
Are you keen to get started with us?
We look forward to getting to know you!
Note on the process: Interviews will start in the week of 19 October 2026
