About the job
- You strengthen our interdisciplinary crisis intervention team St. Gallen as a committed and professionally skilled nursing specialist HF/FH in day service on weekends.
- In your role, you take on the nursing responsibility for the individual care of our patients and actively shape the offerings of our milieu- and group-therapeutic concepts.
- Each patient is individually accompanied by you through the nursing-therapeutic process – even in challenging situations, you keep an overview and act confidently.
- Your field of tasks is versatile: daily life design, administrative activities, care of the 24-hour crisis hotline, as well as the implementation of medical and technical orders are included.
- You carefully document observations and developments and report them both orally and in writing.
- You are a trained nursing specialist HF/FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check for foreign diplomas) and want to apply your expertise in psychiatry.
- Professional experience in psychiatric nursing, ideally also in crisis intervention, gives you the confidence to master even challenging situations confidently.
- You love working in a multiprofessional team, are interested in milieu- and group-therapeutic concepts, and want to actively participate in shaping them.
- As an open-minded, resilient personality, you score with excellent communication skills and appreciate exchange across professional boundaries.
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and routine handling of IT tools support you in efficiently completing administrative tasks.
With around 1,400 employees, we ensure accessible, personal, and effective psychiatric treatments and care for adults at our nine company locations in the cantons of St.Gallen and Appenzell Ausserrhoden as well as in the Principality of Liechtenstein.
