Drahtesel is a division of the Sinnovativ Foundation, which is active in professional integration. With assessment, coaching, and educational offerings, we support people on their way into the primary labour market. Together with learners and participants, we operate a restaurant, shops, workshops, take care of building maintenance, gardens and green spaces, and manage extensive webshops. Internship in the Gastronomy Department
Duration at least six months. Desired workload 80%. Start by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Professional support of participants in the work integration programmes
- Assistance at events in our Dreigänger restaurant
- Buffet work
- Help in the kitchen
- Advising and serving customers
- Sales, cash register operation and stock management
- Deputising for the professional leaders
- Administrative tasks
Your Profile
- A completed apprenticeship or professional experience is desirable
- Enjoyment in dealing with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds
- Enjoyment in passing on professional knowledge and practical skills
- Team spirit, flexibility, creativity and enthusiasm
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Independent, service-oriented and team-capable working style
- Good organisational skills and networked thinking
