For our ROCKEN partner, a company in the trading sector located in Gossau, we are looking immediately for a committed individual for the fiduciary department. You will support franchise partners who independently run retail stores and take on comprehensive fiduciary services for your mandates. You keep the financial overview and reliably accompany the franchise partners in daily business, with professional supervision of one to two clerks.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage client accounting
You prepare VAT returns and annual financial statements
You take over HR administration for client mandates
You are responsible for cash management
You advise and support clients personally
You provide professional supervision for one to two clerks
Qualifications:
You have solid accounting knowledge with several years of practical experience as well as experience in preparing financial statements
Experience in human resources is an advantage
You have completed or are undergoing further training as a specialist in finance and accounting or fiduciary specialist with a federal professional certificate
You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner
You are a customer-oriented, trustworthy personality with team spirit
