To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and independent person in Hertenstein.

You play a crucial role in providing high-quality and respectful care for our patients.

• You actively contribute to the establishment and further development of our new Intermediate Care (IMC), which will open in 2027.
• You ensure individual, evidence-based, and patient-centred care at a high professional level.
• You work closely with doctors, therapists, and other professionals to continuously improve treatment quality and patient outcomes.
• You actively participate in shaping and optimising care processes and make an important contribution to the further development of the IMC.
• You promote respectful collaboration and contribute to a positive team culture through your open communication.

We are looking for a resilient, communicative, and proactive nurse who feels comfortable in an interprofessional environment. Ideally, you bring the following:

• A completed education as a registered nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross (SRK).
• Expertise and experience in monitoring care; professional experience in neurorehabilitation is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of quality standards in nursing as well as modern nursing methods.
• A positive attitude, a high level of patient orientation, organisational skills, and intercultural competence.
• You take responsibility, think solution-oriented, and show initiative.
• Good German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
